With several hiking trails and mountain biking opportunities in the vicinity, this hotel promised exciting outdoor activities and memorable stays. the impeccable service, cheese cellar, and impressive 8-course meal added to the charm and class of this luxury hotel.
The sauna and hot tub required to be scheduled in advance, leading to inconvenient delays.

This hotel was a perfect match for those looking for a luxurious retreat in the mountains. the location was beautiful and allowed for great outdoor activities. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. the spa and wellness centre had a wood-heated hot tub and sauna, making for a very unique and exclusive experience. the restaurant had exceptional food and a great wine selection.
The only minor issue we found was that the use of the sauna and hot tub had to be scheduled in advance. Although understandable, it would have been preferable to have more freedom and spontaneity during the vacation.

The hotel had some good complementary things such as a welcome basket of chocolate eggs and a glass of champagne upon arrival. The location was also quite nice as it was close to some ski slopes and hiking trails. Another positive aspect of the hotel was the view from the balcony, which was certainly enjoyable.
The hotel was quite overpriced for the level of service provided. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed to be mainly focused on guests that were spending a lot of money at the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful authentic setting, great mountain view, lovely room with amazing shower and comfortable bed. The food was exceptional, especially the lamb and cheese cellar experience. The friendly staff offered a fantastic service.
The wood burning hot tub had to be scheduled in advance on busy nights and there were no clear instructions on how to operate it. , the location was quite remote and difficult to access without a car.

We had an amazing New Year's experience at this beautiful hotel in the Swiss Alps. The views of the mountains were breathtaking and the staff made us feel right at home. The food was incredible and we loved the local cheeses and wines. We enjoyed seeing the mountain bikers and going on hikes in the surrounding area. The sauna and hot tub were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. the hotel had a cozy and intimate feel that was perfect for a winter holiday.
The hotel was quite pricey, especially when compared to other Swiss hotels in the same area. Additionally, the hotel was located right next to a busy road which detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. The service was friendly but not overly accommodating, and we wished there was more flexibility with scheduling sauna and hot tub use. However, despite these minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for a luxurious winter getaway.

Nestled among the picturesque mountains of Engadine, this hotel offers breathtaking views and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed with traditional Swiss pine, creating a cozy ambiance. The large, luxurious bathrooms provide a relaxing haven after a day of exploring. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. With amenities like a wood-heated hot tub, sauna, and biotope pool, this hotel truly offers a dream-like experience.
The prices at the onsite gourmet restaurant tended to be overpriced for the quality of food and service provided.

This hotel is truly a luxurious and exclusive place to stay. From the exceptional Spa and wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool to the massage and beautiful sun terrace and garden area, every need is fulfilled. The room advantages are exclusive and the restaurant, with its special diet menus and packed lunches, serves gourmet cuisine that is unforgettable. Cons: the only downside to this hotel is the need to schedule the use of the pool and sauna, which can be inconvenient for those on vacation. However, the service provided by the staff is impeccable and the location advantages make up for this one minor issue.
